I can't tab.

TeSo my I am an absolute beginner as guitar player having played for around 2 months as of now and I would like to learn my favourite song. I have learned most of the song just fine but there is just one little thing I have problems with. It is this 4 second "lick" that I have not found a tab for after a long search. I have tried tabbing it myself and learning it by ear, but I have been unsuccessful.

 

This is the "lick" (timestamped). Can anybody be so kind as to help me out?

Don't forget that she has a capo on the guitar at he second fret, so what she plays sounds a whole tone above an 'open' guitar.
