I might be the odd one here since I'm mainly a keyboard player who started guitar very late (like 2 years ago), with a bit of bass in between (I've been playing some other instruments to various degrees, like clarinet, flute, bagpipe and lately violin too, but the latter one mainly for composing purpose). I usually lurk around on sevenstring and some other forums so some of you might already know me (or not !). And for the mandatory gear part, I currently play on a heavily modified Caparison Horus M3 and a 7 strings Vigier Excalibur special (quite as heavily modified too) on a unpowered Kemper. (I have an old 86 Vigier Arpege II bass too but this one is on sale so she can find a better home and someone who can actually play her decently !)
