Thanks for the reply-shame that this place is doing an impression of a cemetary most days .....ah well

I'd be tempted to give it a go to get in shape,given its age and the present state.Its certainly not a charity shop special-Sourcing the tuners shouldn't be too difficult.

Its a stripped out Framus Capri 5/53 from the 1950s - There were a multitude of differing types,but yours just looks 'basic stripdown' !

Would it make any sense to create separate subforums for 'ELECTRIC' and for 'ACOUSTIC' & maybe 'OTHER/MISC'(tenuous!) in the for sale forum ?

Purely just for speed of use,its a pain going through threads of stuff when all I want to see is say.....electrics,not twangy orange boxes & the like !!!
