Thanks, I didn't think of that end. Will try. 

I have a Kala Thinline nylon acoustic. Great for two years but suddenly the Shadow Performer Pro EQ electronics have started draining the 2 x 2032 batteries in a day or two. Have cleaned with Servisol Super 10 but still draining. There should be a 100+ battery hours. Too expensive to just replace (c£100 for the EQ!) so any advice gratefully received.
