Aaaryan guitar Posted yesterday at 10:37 Author Posted yesterday at 10:37 Thanks Dad3353. I am on the app however I don’t know how to program the settings. The app and all work fine it’s just my knowledge is limited on how to tune it oasis style or bohemian rhapsody style. If someone could help me tell me what settings I need that would be great Quote

I don't have a Spider, but I downloaded the software, and it looks to be quite intuitive. Are you doing this on a PC or a 'phone..? The interface is fine on a PC. I've no idea as to particular settings for each of the sounds wanted, but surely it's easy enough to just try 'em out..? To switch on or off any effect, amp or cab, just use the standard 'on/off' icon on the right of each, select any active effect and use 'the 'Edit' button below to set it ('Gain' for an overdrive, 'Depth' or whatever for a reverb etc...) and listen to the result..? For Brian May, maybe choose a VoxAC30-type amp, a Tube Screamer-type overdrive and a Compressor set high as a starting point..? I've never knowingly heard any Oasis stuff, so you'll have to work that out for yourself, but, if you know the song, how hard can it be to go through a few buttons to get close..? Sorry, I can't help much more. Edit: I've just listened to that Oasis track on U-tube; I found some snippets of 'solo' guitar hidden in the mush, by hopping through, and it didn't sound anything special to my old cloth ears. A 'thin' EQ, a dab of reverb and a compressor (for sustain...) and a light overdrive would do me (it's hidden behind a shed-load of disto rhythm anyway, so doesn't need to 'pop out'. Quote
