Yup!  Contemplating a revstar just now!

I played the p90 model in a local music shop a couple of months ago.

Not only does it look fantastic, I really enjoyed playing it, it's just a great feeling guitar and the p90s offer something a bit different.

I'm GAS-ing for another Les Paul, had a superb Tokai Love Rock up until a few years back when I had to sell it. Really fancy another Les Paul style guitar.

The guitarist in the band has a really nice Les Paul Classic, looks great and sounds great too.

Quite fancy a Firebird too, or an Explorer... or an SG, or a Yamaha SG... or an Ibanez Artist. Owned a few really nice late 70's Artist's in the past too. Superb guitars.

Really want a Ric 480 or a 481 too (wonder why??? :D ). Guess that'll never happen either!

Simply put, it ain’t a forum until it’s full of GAS.

For me, a 56 Les Paul and a 54 Strat. I’ve been lucky enough to play one of each, I’m just not the fella that’s lucky enough to own one....

Ooh ya. That's a bit special innit? Love p90s on a Gibson. Bet that sounds divine.

Im not gassing for anything at the moment luckily. I've only recently resurrected my old Hohner acoustic from Argos in 1988 as my spare gigging guitar and realised it's actually reasonably good all things considered.

Cant justify splashing the cash at the mo.

Tho saying that I recently played my mate's Rainsong acoustic - a fully carbon fibre jet black thing. I wouldn't have looked at it twice but the sound on it was astonishing. Clear, crisp, stunning frankly.

I want to make 2 guitars:

1)  A version of a PRS 509 but semi hollow with a bound neck and Yamaha MSG body shape. Limba chambered body, laminated flame maple and limba through neck.  Not sure about pickups yet but i want to have a jazzy archtop sound in the neck, strat positions 2 and 4 and Les Paul in the bridge.  Probably will get a set of custom wound Armstrongs.

2)  A version of the Suhr Custom. Mahogany or limba solid body with set in flame maple neck, Lace HSS Sensors, TBX and EXG circuits.

Both will have the ludicrously rare Wilkinson VS100C convertible trem, flamed maple carved tops front and back.

My GAS for a Gretsch Brian Setzer 6120 never goes away, fortunately, as they’re so expensive, I’ll never pull the trigger (probably 😉). In Real Town, a cut down, semi acoustic has my dander up at the moment. I’m going to try an Epi 339 Pro and a Casino Coupé out on Tuesday. Watch out got an NGD thread 😊.

Go for it. I converted to guitars with new hardware and electronics. I used Wilkinson trenolo and can't fault it.

Have you looked at irongear pick ups?

Not yet, are they worth checking out?  The market seems flooded these days.

I replaced pick ups on my SSS and HSS with irongear. Good reviews and price. I'm satisfied with them
