NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE LATER MEXICAN MADE ROADHOUSE For sale is my USA Roadhouse Strat originally bought from PJ Guitars in Portsmouth, UK. - The Roadhouse was a standard USA strat with Fender Texas Special pickups The neck pickup into a clean fender amp with reverb is the stuff of dreams! This is an amazing player with a few tasteful mods to it's stock condition, all mods and pro set up with 10s were carried out by the Guitar Doctor in Nantwich. The mods are as follows: Tone controls apply to the Neck and Bridge pickups, with the Middle pickup having no tone load in place. Bridge tone control can be pulled up to split the coils of the bridge humbucker. Villex Passive Mid-Boost https://www.barryrudolph.com/newtoys/toys5/villex.html This selected along with the Neck and middle pickups and a tasteful amount of overdrive give an almost Les Paul type tone, sounds beautiful.
