    I like Eric Haugen (https://www.youtube.com/user/ebhaugen/videos) - a good mix of licks, theory and the occasional gear review delivered in a calm, concise style. This sounds like my cup of tea. Thanks! I agree - this was a good video! I'm not interested in her shreddy stuff, but I hope she does more lessons like this.

    I think it could be a Vintage Modified Stratocaster HSS: http://www.squierwiki.com/VM-Stratocaster-HSS-(2nd-Version) Do you have a photo of the back of the headstock? The markings and serial number might help to confirm it.
