  1. This boutique 70's rig sits in my lounge, the 100 watt Head has been reduced to 30-ish, it's a 4 x 12 cab, it's fabulous all valve sound ! If I could afford the Kempler I'd flog this rig to Richtonemusic , and get some space back whilst emulating anything on the planet surface. I have a Les Paul HP, it has so many abilities sound wise, (maybe 150 different ) Put the two together and there would be no end of variation, but would it be like the old graphic equalisers where you ended up with all the sliders set in the middle ?

  2. Alan Murphy - hauntingly beautiful solo lines but always supportive of the song. Steve Lukather - bombastic solos and solid, rock rhythm work Nile Rodgers - chord progressions around a tonal centre, plus he's a down to earth and very streetwise guy Honourable mention: Steve Stevens, totally underrated as a musician because of the hair and the eye liner. But wow, so versatile and creative.

  3. Thanks to you both. I’m mostly practicing songs, with some scales to warm up. My teacher is pretty good about bringing songs to try that will broaden my technique, I think. Pics of my guitars below. I also have a Vintage electro acoustic, but I don’t play it much since I bought the DRS.

  4. 1997 Marshall 35th Anniversary JTM45 Bluesbreaker limited to 250 units globally, so you won’t see many of these around. power amp valves replaced with 5881’s and serviced in 2017. It has been in storage since in a protected padded case. Fantastic condition for its age. Super clean tones and crunches up nicely as the master volume increase. Celestion G12 greenback speaker. I’m selling as I don’t have the space and am looking up buy a new guitar. So will consider trades for the right guitar. Feel free to ask any questions.

  5. Not a new video, but here is a clip of my band playing what is probably our most popular tune, 24 Hour Breakdown, a few years ago. I’m playing the rhythm guitar, leave all the solos to our other guitarist, Liam, who is infinitely better than me,
